A Fresh 48 session takes place where you have given birth to your baby, but within the first 48 hours of life. The session is done during normal daytime hours and is a candid, relaxed session, not posed. This session generally lasts 1 ½ to 2 hours.

 

Any extra family members who are visiting may be in the photos if that is your request. The goal of this session is to capture your new bundle of joy fresh from the womb, since they are changing at such a rapid pace!! This is an AWESOME addition to add on to the birthing session, especially if your baby is born during the night and you will not have visitors or your other children with you yet in your birth service time frame. This is also great for families who could not have their birth documented but would still like something close to the time of birth.
